Re-sit Exam

Initial Examination Failures:
Candidates are permitted up to two retest attempts within 12 months of the initial examination date. If both retests are unsuccessful, or the 12-month period expires, a new application as an initial candidate will be required. Please note that a minimum one-month waiting period may apply between attempts unless additional approved training has been completed.

Recertification Examination Failures:
If a recertification examination is unsuccessful, the certification will be removed immediately from the online verification system. One retest is permitted within six months from the failed examination date. If the retest is also unsuccessful, the candidate must reapply as an initial candidate.
