This course provides essential training in Basic Radiation Safety for personnel working within the Radiographic Testing (RT) industry.
Designed to meet PCN requirements, it covers; basic radiation physics, equipment, measurements and their units, dose limits, biological effects, protection, storage, transport, monitoring, distance and shielding calculations, industry local rules, legislation/regulations and responsibilities of appointed personnel.
